KMI KM3011 Stripper and Crimper Machine

The KMI KM3011 has been carried out with the most innovating technologies to answers the different needs of flexibility, speed and simplicity of use with limited costs. In order to answer to all the needs, this strip and crimp machine is equipped with 6 basic processing programs, with the possibility to store some personalized setups for particular processes. All machine information and settings is managed by a comfortable touch-screen display. KM3011 is an "IN LINE" stripper-crimper so stripping and crimping operations are made without moving the wire. The machine can also run in "OUT HINDRANCE" mode that means to strip the wire out of the mini applicator hindrance, so that it is possible to use the most standard mini applicators of the market. The machine is equipped by a blade retraction device for a safer cable stripping. KM3011 has been released with a really compact wire gripper in order to make more approachable the front working area, in addition the safety guard has a more practical working window. As a standard feature, the KM3011 is equipped with fine adjusting, quick-change clamping system, carrier strip chopper device and lighting of the working area. On request the KM3011 can be supplied with crimp force monitoring.
