FMT405WT / 410WT Pull Tester
FMT405WT / 410WT Motorised Pull Testers are designed for measuring the tensile strength of crimped cable joints with standard crimped connectors end sleeves, pins, sockets etc.

With its measuring range of 0...500N or 0...1000N it is possible to test wires with cross sections between 0,05mm² (AWG 30) and 10mm² (AWG 8).
Test samples are inserted into the round receptacle adaptor, which has 12 different slot widths (from 0.5mm to 6.0mm), covering most of the terminal types. The gripping force is applied by closing the cover on a wheel, easy clamping the wire and creates a consistent pull test.
The gripping force is collected at an accuracy of +/-0,5% and is shown on the display at a resolution of 0,1N. The peak value, at which the cable is torn, will be automatically saved in the memory and shown on the LCD display.
