Automatic Stripper and Crimper MC 40 – MC40L
Stripping and crimping in one operation.
- The electro-pneumatic controlled automatic strip and crimp machines MC 40 and MC 40L are used for processing loose wire end sleeves with plastic collars.
- The MC 40 is equipped as standard with the tooling for crosssections of 0.5 / 0.75 / 1.0 / 1.5 mm sq and a sleeve length of 8 mm.
- Optional add-on kits are available on request for processing cross-sections of 0.25 / 0.34 / 2.5 / 4 mm sq.
- The MC 40L processes the cross-sections 4 / 6 / 10 mm sq.
- The automatic machines can be set to the desired cross-section by simply exchanging just a few parts.
- The stripping and crimping take place in one operation.
- All variable parameters can be set automatically and correctly by changing the crimp inserts.
- The modular structure combined with the use of maintenance and wear-free components guarantee extreme reliability of the machines.
